Sock yarn Ocean Waves

Ich habe in meinem Shop in letzter Zeit einige neue Garne gelistet. Ein Klick auf die Fotos bringt euch zu den Garnen in meinem Artfire Shop, sie sind aber auch alle in meinem Etsy Shop erhältlich. Auf dem Bild oben seht ihr 4 Stränge Sockenwolle in der Farbe ‘Ocean Waves’, ein wunderschönes türkisblau mit hellen Stellen die an Schaumkronen auf Wellen erinnern. Einer der Stränge ist schon verkauft, doch 3 sind noch erhältlich. Damit lässt sich bestimmt auch ein schönes Tuch stricken, da die Farbe bis auf die hellen Stellen recht gleichmässig ist und dadurch auch Lochmuster schön zur Geltung kommen.

I’ve lately listed a few new yarns in my shop. If you click the photos, you’ll be directed to the listings in my Artfire Store, but all yarns are available in my Etsy Shop as well. On the pic above you see 4 skeins of kettle dyed sock yarn in ‘Ocean Waves’. That’s a beautiful aqua with a few almost white flecks, just like the foam on top of ocean waves. One skein is already sold, but there are still 3 left. I’m pretty sure it would make a beautiful shawl as well, as the color is rather solid except for the really light parts and lace patterns will show pretty will.

Lace yarn - Saffron

Ausserdem habe ich einige Lace-Garne gefärbt mit einer Lauflänge von 1000 m pro 100 g. Das Garn ist nicht superwash und muss daher von Hand gewaschen werden. Auf dem Foto oben, in wunderschönem, leuchtendem Gelb ist die Farbe ‘Saffron’ (Safran) zu sehen. Darunter ‘Moss’ (Moos) in einem dezenten Dunkelgrün und ‘Milk Chocolate’ (Milchschokolade) in einem zarten, warmen Braun.

Additonally I’ve dyed a few lace yarns with 1000 m per 100 g skein. The yarn is not superwash and will have to be washed by hand. On the pic above you can see ‘Saffron’ in a beautiful, bright and sunny yellow. Below are ‘Moss’ in a subtle dark green and ‘Milk Chocolate’ in a soft, warm shade of brown.
